[ITA] Nel fare gli auguri a tutti per uno splendido 2017 comunico che ho avuto finalmente un po’ di tempo da dedicare a questo sito. L’ho aggiornato in varie parti, in alcune era rimasto indietro di oltre sei mesi, in particolare nella sezione “bio” e nelle pubblicazioni. Comunico anche che è online su fivewordsforthefuture una breve intervista che ho fatto a Pavel Smetana in occasione di “Hack The Brain – Prague Hackathon 2016” (2-4 Dicembre), alla cui conferenza ho partecipato con l’intervento “Body and mind states as doors to emotion, narration and art”, di cui parlo in un altro post. Infine tra le ultime news dello scorso anno, con Roberta Buiani e Franco Torriani abbiamo presentato pubblicamente a Bologna, il 17 Dicembre presso la Libreria Modo Infoshop, il libro di Eduardo Kac, Telepresenza e Bioarte, Bologna, CLUEB, 2016, uscito a Novembre, edizione italiana aggiornata dall’autore di Telepresence & Bioart, Ann Arbor, The University of Michigan Press, 2005, che ho curato insieme a Franco Torriani e (ne parlo in questo post). Il testo di presentazione del volume, “Dialogismi e biopoetiche”, è stato pubblicato anche su Noema. Infine, tra le notizie conclusive del 2016, è con grande piacere che comunico che Jens Hauser, esperto internazionale di bioarti, già curatore del volume Art Biotech per la collana, ha accettato di entrare a far parte del Comitato Scientifico di <mediaversi>.
[ENG] Wishing to everyone a wonderful 2017 I inform you that I finally had a bit of time to devote to this site. I’ve updated various sections, some had fallen behind by more than six months, in particular the “bio” and the publications. I also inform that on fivewordsforthefuture is online a short interview I did to Pavel Smetana at “Hack The Brain – Prague Hackathon 2016” (December 2-4), when I participated to the conference with the presentation “Body and mind states as doors to emotion, narration and art ” (I write about it in another post). Finally, among the last year’s news, with Roberta Buiani and Franco Torriani we publicly presented in Bologna, on December 17th at the Library Modo Infoshop, the book of Eduardo Kac, Telepresenza e Bioarte, Bologna, CLUEB, 2016, released in November, which is the updated (by the author) Italian edition of Telepresence & Bioart, Ann Arbor, The University of Michigan Press, 2005 (I curated with Franco Torriani the Italian edition, I write about this in this post). The foreword text of this book, “Dialogismi e biopoetiche” (Dialogisms and biopoetics), was also published on Noema. Finally, among the ending 2016 news, I’m glad to announce that Jens Hauser, the international expert on bioarts, editor of Art Biotech book in the series, has agreed to join the Scientific Committee of <mediaversi>.
